I agree with you, Jorgen, seems very random how they picked people. My husband, who doesn’t use LinkedIn at all got an e-mail, and me, who like you works with LinkedIn on a daily basis didn’t get one. Sounds like I’m upset or jealous I’m not, just curious on how they picked the e-mail recipients. I’ve even heard of someone who doesn’t even have a profile (or maybe closed it again) getting an e-mail. I definitely think LinkedIn missed out on an opportunity on educating the other 90% of people, showing them how they can get more views.
