I like a good social media conference. It’s a great place to learn, network and enjoy a day of something completely different to the office. I went to the Social Media Marketing event here in London back in the summer which was great.
The good news is that my buddy Murray Newlands is now putting on a follow up, it the Social Media Monitoring event held in London on the 22nd of November.
Do you want a free ticket (full value £245)?
Of course you do! All I ask is that you tweet me with the conference hashtag #MSM10 and I will pick a winner by Friday of this week – based on the most creative or funny tweet.
Tell us more about the conference
Right, the MSM London follows highly successful events in Boston, San Francisco and New York. The key question at Monitoring Social Media 09 in London was "How can I listen to my customers?" This year many companies are looking beyond listening and asking "Now that I have all this data, how can I use it?" At this conference the organizers will aim to tackle both of these questions head on with an excellent line-up of presentations and panels.
Here’s what will be covered on the day:
• Social Media Monitoring Tools and Services
• Brand and Reputation Management
• Sentiment Detection and Analysis
• Data Quality and Filtering
• Identifying and Connecting with Influencers
• Beyond Listening: Measurement and ROI
• The Future of Social Media Monitoring
• Case studies and Best Practice
The conference will be fully interactive with presentations, case studies, Q & A sessions and panel discussions. There will also be an Exhibition Area including many of the leading social media monitoring and measurement tools and services.
What folks am I likely to bump into?
Apart from yours truly and Murray Newlands, you'll find the crème de la crème of London's and Britain's social media influncers, including:
• Marketing Strategists & Directors
• PR & Communications Managers
• Social Media Experts
• Bloggers & Journalists
